张思天，男，1999年10月19日生，湖北武汉人。土木工程博士研究生在读。2021年毕业于武汉理工大学, 道路与桥梁工程专业，获得工学学士学位。2024年毕业于武汉理工大学, 桥梁与隧道工程专业，获得工学硕士学位。
